“The Last Words of Paul” at Family Life Church in Livingston, TX

Bringing 2 Timothy to life through Paul’s final words at Family Life Church.

This morning, I had the privilege of bringing “The Last Words of Paul” — a dramatic journey through the Biblical book of 2 Timothy — to Family Life Church in Livingston, Texas. What a powerful morning.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with such generosity and warmth. It was an honor to meet Pastor Baskin and his wife — gracious hosts with hearts full of hospitality and vision. I was also blessed to reconnect with Associate Pastor Chapman and his wonderful family, who I hadn’t seen in years. Moments like that remind you just how small — and meaningful — the world can be.

The message of 2 Timothy struck a chord. People came who had never stepped foot in that church before — some simply curious, others searching — and many were visibly moved by what they heard. One person had already planned to be baptized today, and another made the decision to be baptized immediately following the performance. That kind of response beats a curtain call any day.

I’m so grateful to the entire church family for opening their doors and hearts. We’re already in conversation about a return visit next year, and I’m genuinely looking forward to what God might do then.

To friends in ministry, theater, and everywhere in between — thank you for continuing to support this journey. Whether you see “The Last Words of Paul” as a performance, a testimony, or a little bit of both, I’m honored to share it with you.
